AAA provides a free Community Settlement Service at it's Joondalup (funded by DIAC). A similar service delivered by AAA volunteers is also available through the Perth and Gosnells office.

The service is available to people from the CaLD community, long standing and newly arrived migrants. The aim is to ensure that they receive optimum assistance in dealing with settlement issues and intergenerational conflicts. That often involves help with accessing services such as:

• Education,
• Health,
• Housing,
• Employment/training,
• Advocacy on behalf of the clients and
• Referrals to appropriate agencies.
