AAA Emergency Relief helps support individuals and families in crisis through the provision of bill payments. Emergency Relief is available for people from culturally and linguistically diverse background who has a Centrelink Concession Card.
Emergency Relief may be able to assist you, your family, or someone you know with the payment of:
- Telephone bill
- Electricity bill
- Gas bill
- Food voucher
ER Operating time: Tuesday and Thursday from 12.30pm to 15.30pm.
Please prepare the following documents
- application form (obtain from AAA office – Perth, Gosnels and Joondalup)
- your income statement (obtain from your nearest Centrelink Centre)
- your partner income statement (if any)
- Bill (please be advised that we can assist you with the maximum amount of $150 only)
- Other supporting documents (such as children expense receipts, your medical expense receipt, or relevant documents that support your reasons in the event of crisis).

- wait for approval
Note
- each clients can receive the assistance only once per year
